There is one problem in AI seldom addressed because we are not aware yet.

What does “equality” mean in your organisation? What does “trust” or “responsibility” look like in decisions? In the deepest sense. When the AI you build for your company starts using these concepts consistently, they are no longer symbolic. They are put into action.

Implementing AI means operationalising how your organisation thinks.

Exploring: AI and the Hidden Self

Exclusively: Humanity’s Mirror in the Digital Age

AI is a tool. An intelligence we do not yet fully understand. An unexplored technology whose destination — and influence on us — remains unknown. Some are frightened by it. Others are drawn to it.

But it may be more than that. It holds something hidden yet unique to our time. Something we need more than ever, yet reject just as strongly. Within AI lies a lake of fresh water from which we may quench one of humanity’s greatest afflictions.

For some people, AI also becomes a mirror for the private self — for shame, narratives, identity, and things that have long been difficult to speak about.

This is a slow and careful exploration within Project Syntopia of the relationship between humanity, AI, and the hidden layers civilization has often taught us to mask.

I am exploring this subject as part of what may eventually become writing and/or a network. Not for everyone, but perhaps for a few.
