The work of Syntopism formed Syntopia Evolution who helps leadership teams understand AI before they act on it.
Most organisations are already moving into AI. Few fully understand what it does to how we think, decide and lead. That gap is where Syntopia Evolution works.
Syntopia Evolution works with CEOs, leadership teams and boards who want clarity before they invest time, money and trust into AI. Not the tools nor the hype.
But what AI actually demands once it becomes part of an organisation — in terms of decision-making, communication, strategy and trust. Because AI is not just a technological shift. It changes how responsibility is carried within and between people.
And that is rarely addressed.

Often said. Selldom explained. That’s like saying a relationship is about “love” without ever defining what love actually is. So what is love? Or in this case: what do we really mean when we say “it’s about people”?
Civilization is about people acting together. And today, we don’t just act with each other—we act through technology. That requires one fundamental thing: responsibility. But what does responsibility actually mean? It’s just as vague as love, so the real question becomes: where does responsibility come from?
It comes from bildung—from cultivation and education.
Bildung is something concrete. You know what it demands: study. Many long years of study. The ability to understand different worlds and bring them together toward a goal that must itself be clear and developmental.
And that, dear friends, is something few are willing to do. But! Syntopia Evolution have that covered. Because people dont have that time. They focus on your buissness and your self. And they should!
That’s why Syntopia Evolution exist. Syntopia Evolution dedicate its effort to understand how AI and responsibility are connected, and who can act as guide for leadership teams when they’re told that AI is “about people.”

Some ideas need the right people, the right timing, and the right context to emerge.
Project Syntopia is not something you join to get something from.
It is something you contribute to. The people around it share a sense of responsibility — to think, to question, and to build something that goes beyond individual gain.

Chain of Trust
A small circle of selected thinkers. People who approach AI not only as a technology, but as a shift in how we understand ourselves, each other and the systems we act within.
The Chain is built slowly through conversations, not applications. Trust is the entry point.
A chain of trust means that confidence extends beyond direct relationships, allowing trust to pass through proven connections rather than requiring every link to be built from the start.
That means that A can rely on C because A relies on B that relies on C.
The discussions are not for everyone — and not for the public until decided so. They are built on trust, discretion and reliability between those involved.
The conversations move across disciplines: psychology, philosophy, science, AI, neurology, religion, anthropology, geopolitics, culture & intrapersonality — including areas often considered private or sensitive.

Something about me

I regard myself as an AI philosopher but the correct title is digital epistemologist. That means someone who work with what knowledge is during th digital age – an age where truth is under big threat.
2015 I shifted my era in life due to inner conflict and realization. I began by investigating humans, but during that time AI became increasingly relevant and I finally understood that that was what my work was about: humans and AI.
While most discussions about AI begin with the technology, my work begins with the human being. Artificial intelligence has brought questions about life, consciousness, emotion and intelligence out of academic philosophy and into everyday decisions made by organisations, leaders and individuals.
This human-centred perspective is still relatively rare in the field. Much of the public conversation about AI focuses on systems, capabilities and risks. My work explores something slightly different: what artificial intelligence reveals about the human mind, about our cultures and about the societies we are building.
To approach these questions I draw on perspectives from history, religion, AI, neuroscience, anthropology, psychology and philosophy. The aim is not only to think deeply about AI, but to make its human implications understandable for people navigating a rapidly changing technological world. I am constantly studying and thus constantly updating myself on AI and human areas.
I currently collaborate with companies and organisations interested in the human dimension of artificial intelligence.
